through his extensive experience in security and politics, General Abbas Ibrahim worked to create a safe environment in Lebanon by managing crises and coordinating efforts between various security and political forces. He played an important role in maintaining internal stability through adopting wise policies in counterterrorism, resolving conflicts, and facilitating negotiations between conflicting parties. He also had a prominent role in securing the release of high-profile hostages and achieving security in areas experiencing tensions, which contributed to enhancing public trust in security and political institutions.
